Adrian joined Net Team in 2008 and since then he is leading the development and the execution of company’s strategy in relation with the most important customers of Net Team, with direct involvement in day to day management decisions, overseeing the sales, technical, financial and HR operations related to big projects and customers.
Adrian has a technical background with an overall experience of more than 15 years in Telecom area, covering and coordinating different tasks from maintenance to solutions development.
Before joining Net Tem he has held different technical positions in Vodafone Romania SA (Senior Support Engineer until January 2008) and, before that, Logic Telecom SA (NOC Team Leader between 2000 and 2001).
He graduated Transports faculty, Data Transmissions specialization.

Radu joined Net Team in 2012 and since then he is leading the development and the execution of company’s strategy in relation with the most important customers of Net Team, with direct involvement in day-to-day management decisions, overseeing the sales, technical, financial and HR operations related to big projects and customers.
Radu has a technical background with an overall experience of more than 15 years in Telecom area, covering and coordinating different tasks from maintenance to solutions development.
Before joining Net Tem he has held the positions of Manager B2B Solutions and Senior Manager Network Operations in UPC Romania SA (until July 2012) and, before that, Senior Support Engineer and Team Leader Operations Support in Vodafone Romania SA ( until September 2008). He graduated “Automatica si calculatoare” faculty.

Paula joined Net Team in 2006 and she is leading the Financial department of Net Team coordinating, planning and managing the budgets.
Before coordinating the Financial department of Net Team, Paula has held for 6 years the position of Economic Director at CMT SRL (between 2001 and 2006) and before worked as Economist at TEHNOIMPORT EXPORT SA (between 1998 and 2001).
She graduated ASE faculty, Trade specialization.

Neculai joined Net Team in 2008 and he is coordinating the both administrative and purchasing operations.

Prior joining Net Team he has held the position of Logistics Director in Astera Cosmetics Romania between 1997-2008 coordinating the import and distribution activities in Romania.

He graduated TCM faculty.
